1. Can I call for Support?
a) For immediate assistance or to cancel an order contact Jaxx at 888-JAXX-420. For assistance on a current delivery, once your order is placed, you will be sent a link that will help you track the delivery and the option to chat with a team member.
2. Do you have same day delivery?
a) Yes, see time bracket below.

ORDER TIME: 11 AM - 3 PM DELIVERY TIME: 4 PM - 7 PM
ORDER TIME: 3 PM - 8 AM DELIVERY TIME: 8 AM - 1 PM [The next day]
3) How old do I have to be to order delivery?
a) Recreational customers over the age of 21 can order a cannabis delivery with a valid government ID. Medical customers can order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 18 AND a valid medical marijuana card issued in the state of California. *Disclaimer: Delivery customer name must match the ID uploaded for Delivery.
4) What is your delivery range and are there fee’s?
a) WE DELIVER TO ALL SAN DIEGO COUNTY! There are no fee’s just a $60 minimum purchase for surrounding areas.
$100 minimum for Downtown San Diego
$150 for all Coastal Areas in San Diego County
$250 for Borrego Springs & Warner Springs ($60 if you place your order for Thursday morning delivery, must order by Wednesday night latest to get group delivery on Thursday)
5) What types of payments does JAXX accept?
a) We accept cash, debit cards, and online payments through Stronghold when you order on our website! We also have ATMs on site.
6) Does JAXX charge tax?
a) Yes. Under California state law we must charge Cannabis Excise Tax + Sales Tax + San Diego County Taxes. Check out our website for daily deals to help save!

7) What is the amount I can purchase daily?
a) In California, the daily limit for a recreational customer is 28.5 grams of flower (1 Ounce) or eight grams of concentrates per business day. If you are a medical patient the daily limit can be up to eight ounces of flower.
