How Cannabis Delivery Works

Now let's dive into our delivery service. Yes, we offer same-day delivery! Just place your order between 10 AM and 4 PM and we'll have it to you within the designated delivery time slot. If you place an order after 4 PM, we'll deliver it the next day between 10 AM and 1 PM.

So who can order delivery? Any recreational customers over the age of 21 with a valid government ID. Medical customers can order delivery with a valid government ID and a state issued medical marijuana card. Please note that the delivery customer name must match the ID uploaded for delivery.

You also might be wondering where you can get your cannabis delivered. Great question! You can get cannabis delivered to a residential address, i.e. your home. It’s also worth keeping in mind that you have to be at a legal location to receive delivery, which means you can’t receive cannabis deliveries in a hotel lobby. 

Our delivery range covers all of San Diego County and there are no fees, just a $60 minimum purchase requirement. We accept cash, debit cards, and online payments when you order on our website.

Let’s talk about taxes real quick. Yes, we do charge tax. Under California state law, we must charge Cannabis Tax + Sales Tax. But don't worry, we have daily deals on our website to help you save. Just keep in mind that stacking discounts is not allowed.

We also appreciate any gratuity that you contribute to our drivers and budtenders, but it's not required. We're grateful for your business either way!

And lastly, in California, recreational customers can purchase up to 28.5 grams of flower (1 ounce) or eight grams of concentrates per business day. Medical patients can purchase up to eight ounces of flower.
